Yoga & CranioSacral Therapy
The first hour of Yoga and movement opens the energy channels (nadis) and centers (chakras) in your body as well as stretches the muscle tissue and increases blood flow. Breathing techniques are taught to help balance the two hemispheres of the brain. The second hour of CranioSacral work allows for deeper healing via the central nervous system and can bring insight into problems you are currently facing. Sometimes we are experiencing so much pain it’s difficult to focus. This 2 hour session enables you to relax and ground your body before going deeper into awareness and release.
